A Message From Emily:

I believe that when we open up to go deeper, live more healthy and free from hurts, that we are guided to the help we need. Thank you for landing on my bio. I consider it a privilege to journey with individuals and couples as we work together to release the hurts that bind and prevent how they truly want to live. 

I have been practicing EMDR therapy for over 15 years, as well I have completed over 80 hours in training in Emotionally Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples recover from  traumatic wounds, hurts and stuck unhealthy patterns that can prevent lives from fully moving forward and having the love and connection we are wired to have. What I love about Emotionally Focused Therapy is that it helps couples break free from painful cycles by uncovering the vulnerable emotions underneath conflict. It’s an incredibly powerful process that creates lasting change—helping partners feel truly seen, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond in ways that feel safe, healing, and deeply connected.

I am also a licensed yoga teacher and Somatic Attachment therapist so I work with the subtle cues of the body to help unwind emotions in order to feel more freedom physically, emotionally and spiritually. 

Life has both moments of beauty and times of deep anguish where we need help to navigate our way through. I would be honoured to come along beside you, to help transform the difficulties you are facing into moments of growth and healing.
