Therapist & Social Worker Opportunities | Stratford, Ontario & Virtual (Hybrid Role)

At Reclaim & Rise Counselling, we are passionate about creating a supportive and meaningful space — not just for our clients, but for our clinicians too. We are a collaborative, client-centered practice located in Stratford, Ontario, offering both in-person and virtual therapy services across Ontario.

We Are Hiring:

We are currently looking for a full-time therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with couples and trauma, and additional training in EMDR is considered an asset.

This role includes:

  • Providing in-person counselling in our Stratford office

  • Offering virtual therapy to clients across Ontario

  • Working with a wide range of clients, including individuals and couples

  • Contributing to a team-oriented, trauma-focused practice

  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy within a supportive environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • Registered Social Worker (RSW) or equivalent

  • Training and experience in couples therapy or trauma counselling modalities (EMDR, CPT, TFCBT)

  • EMDR training is highly desirable, but not required

  • Experience and training working with youth and/or children - if you are a child/youth therapist seeking a full time position there might be one opening up in early 2027.

  • Comfortable working both in-person in Stratford and virtually

  • Currently registered and in good standing with the OCSWSSW
