Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. This policy is here to help make things clear and fair for both you and your therapist.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
This allows your appointment time to be offered to someone else who may be waiting for support, and helps ensure that our therapists can rely on their scheduled sessions.
Exceptions To Policy
We understand that unexpected situations come up. In some cases, the cancellation fee may be waived depending on the circumstances. If something comes up, please reach out to your therapist as soon as possible.
