Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to give a minimum of 48-hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise, they will be charged the full fee.

Giving this notice will allow for that spot to be offered to another person who is currently on our waitlist or in need of service. Furthermore, it respects the time and livelihood of our clinicians as they do not earn a salary, and only get paid for the time they are in session with you.

Exceptions To Policy

We understand that life comes with many unforeseen circumstances and that some short-notice cancellations cannot be helped. In these cases, the cancellation fee may be waived and determined on a case-by-case basis. If an emergency arises, please connect with your clinician as soon as possible to let them know that you are unable to attend your appointment.
