A Message From Dianne:
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. With over 20 years of experience as a Master of Social Work and Registered Social Worker, I offer a steady, grounded space for individuals and couples navigating emotional and relational challenges.
I specialize in working with couples who feel stuck in painful cycles, disconnected, or overwhelmed by conflict. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, I help partners understand the deeper emotional patterns driving their reactions and rebuild trust, safety, and connection.
I also work with adults and older adolescents who are carrying the impact of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating identity shifts, parenting stress, or perinatal and postpartum changes. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, process what has been carried, and build more secure and regulated ways of responding.
My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practice. Whether you are coming on your own or as a couple, our work will focus on strengthening emotional regulation, improving communication, and creating lasting change.
