A Message From Natalia:

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. Sometimes life feels overwhelming in obvious ways. Other times, things just feel off. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break, disconnected from yourself, struggling in relationships, constantly overthinking, or simply trying to keep up while quietly burning out underneath it all.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale. A space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up as yourself without fear of judgment.

I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and major life stressors. I have a special interest in supporting women with ADHD and understand how exhausting it can be to constantly feel misunderstood, mentally overloaded, emotionally reactive, or like you are always trying to “keep up” with everyone around you.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals including first responders, motor vehicle accident survivors, professionals, students, parents, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people trying to navigate difficult seasons of life while still holding everything together on the outside.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered. I understand that no two people experience life the same way, and I believe therapy should never feel one size fits all. Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you while building insight, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their confidence, understand their worth, and create lives that feel more grounded, authentic, and emotionally sustainable. Whether you are coming to therapy feeling lost, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply wanting things to feel lighter, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Healing does not happen through perfection. It happens through feeling safe enough to be human.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you in that process.
