A Message From Gaby:
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, stressful, and even a little scary. I’m really glad you’re here and that you’ve taken this first step toward caring for yourself!
I work with individuals and couples who are feeling anxious, emotionally drained, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel supportive. Whether you’re navigating stress, mood changes, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my hope is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centred around you. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to your unique experiences and needs, and when we move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. You don’t need to have the “right words” or know exactly where to start (we figure that out together).
I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. My clinical work is informed by CBT, DBT, ACT, and I have experience supporting individuals with OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I offer therapy in both English and French, and I’m deeply committed to ongoing learning so I can continue offering thoughtful, compassionate, and up-to-date care.
If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether this could be a good fit, you don’t need to have everything figured out. I would be honoured to support you as you take this next step!
